Read the following dialogue to answer the questionS no.1 to 4

A person suffering from a mental illness that we usually find wandering around our neighborhood aimlessly is not dangerous, but a serious act needs to be done on this matter.

Firstly, people with mental illness who walk around our neighborhood or workplace may look scary because most of the time they are found in dirty condition and in zombie-like state (having no consciousness), but they rarely endanger the people around them, except they were disturbed first. Placing them in a secure place will minimize the chance of them being disturbed by irresponsible people compare to when we let them wander around on the street freely.

Going out in the burning sun without sensible protection is extremely dangerous. There are many reasons why you should stay safe from the burning sun. Some of them are you can get sunburnt, you can get skin cancers, and you can damage your eyesight.

The first reason is that you can get extremely sunburn. Sunburn is the skin’s reaction to the ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. You can see sunlight and feel heat (infrared radiation), but you can’t see or feel UV radiation. It can damage your skin even on cool, cloudy days.

The second reason is that you can get horrible skin cancers because of the damaging light rays. In Australia, over many people die from skin cancer because they do not stay safe in the burning sun. Although this can be cured, the prevention of getting burnt is a better solution than curing this skin cancer.
Another reason is that too much time out in bright sunlight can damage your eyesight. The intense ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun damage sensitive cells in the eyes, eventually affecting vision. Experts say it is difficult to isolate the exact amount of damage that UV radiation imposes on the eye over a long period. However, a number of studies have shown that the effects build up and may increase the chance of developing eye problems later in life. These may include cataracts, a clouding of the lens of the eye.

The last, after knowing all dangers of the burning sun without sensible protection, I recommend you to wear a hat which can help your face, head, and hair stay safe in the sun. You should also put on a shirt which can protect you from many skin diseases, and you had better use sunscreen and wear sunglasses to prevent eye problems.

No wonder if some people question why there are so many damaged roads and why repairs do not seem to last long. The government should pay special attention to these problems.

Recycling basically involves turning used materials that are labeled as recyclable over to your local waste facility designated in a disposal container as “recyclable” materials to be taken and reused as material for a new purpose.
When we recycle, used materials are converted into new products, reducing the need to consume natural resources. If used materials are not recycled, new products are made by extracting fresh, raw material from the Earth, through mining and forestry. Recycling helps conserve important raw materials and protects natural habitats for the future.
Recycling reduces the need for extracting (mining, quarrying and logging), refining and processing raw materials all of which create substantial air and water pollution. As recycling saves energy it also reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which helps to tackle climate change. Current UK recycling is estimated to save more than 18 million tonnes of CO2 a year – the equivalent to taking 5 million cars off the road.
Thus, we are able to conserve our nature as well as to reduce pollutant in order to save the future generations.

23. What is the writer's intention to write the text?
A. To describe recycling in general
B. To tell the readers the best way to save our planet
C. To give information how to recycle our garbage
D. To persuade the readers the importance of recycling
E. To share the needs of recycling

24. In what way does recycling conserve the wild?
A. It can reduce the emission of greenhouse gas
B. It can keep air and water free from pollutants
C. It can decrease the extracting new raw material from the Earth.
D. It can make people care about the natural habitats.
E. It can avoid the extinction of threatened animals

25. "Recycling reduces the need for extracting ..."
